Turnpike Collision Services is expanding—and we’re looking for skilled, motivated technicians to join our high-performance repair teams. As a sister shop to Turnpike Motors Autobody, we specialize in OEM-compliant repairs, ADAS diagnostics, and fleet continuity for everything from passenger vehicles to Class 8 tractors, vocational rigs, and municipal assets.

We don’t just fix vehicles—we engineer outcomes. Every repair is treated like a managed project, and our technicians work in dedicated teams of five-seven to deliver speed, precision, and accountability. More hands. More eyes. More brains. More focus.

What You’ll Work On

• Collision repair for passenger, commercial, and specialty vehicles
• ADAS diagnostics and recalibrations (Bendix Wingman®, Fusion®, BlindSpotter®)
• Structural and cosmetic repairs using OEM procedures
• Fleet graphics, lettering, and compliance decals
• Temporary repairs to support fleet uptime
• Claims-ready documentation and supplement support

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in collision repair (I-CAR or OEM training preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technician team
• Comfortable using all shop equipment, including manlifts and forklifts
• Willingness to obtain certification for manlift and forklift operation
• Familiarity with OEM scan tools, Autel platforms, and ADAS workflows
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move safely on ladders and elevated platforms
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Professionalism, reliability, and a customer-first mindset
